Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of receiving your items. Please contact us at info@ilanilan.design if you want to return a product. To receive a full refund or exchange, items must be returned in original condition with original packaging within 14 days.
For processing returns, we charge a 20% restocking fee based on the order value.
